Step 1: Melt butter in three-quart saucepan.
Step 2: Add green peppers and simmer covered for five minutes.
Step 3: Add flour and stir well.
Step 4: Add chicken stock and bring sauce to boil.
Step 5: Cook sauce for five minutes or until smooth.
Step 6: Add ham, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, turkey, and white pepper and bring to second boil.
Step 7: Add milk gradually while stirring. Simmer for five minutes.
Step 8: Cook noodles seven minutes and drain. Place in a greased shallow casserole.
Step 9: Top with turkey mixture.
Step 10: Sprinkle with grated cheese and (6)crackers into crumbs.
Step 11: Bake in 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes or till lightly browned.
