Step 1: Boil haddock in water for 15 minutes
Step 2: Meanwhile
Step 3: Saute pork until crisp remove add onions fry until golden brown
Step 4: Add celery,potatoes bay leaf and seasoning
Step 5: Take fish out of water ,debone add large chunks into potato mixture along with broth
Step 6: Simmer 30 minutes
Step 7: Add milk and heat
Step 8: Add butter
Step 9: Serve sprinkled with pork
