Step 2: Mix
Step 3: Heat wok smoking hot
Step 4: With oils
Step 5: Saute carrots onions and mushrooms
Step 6: Add
Step 7: Saute shrimp and ham and peas
Step 8: Take out
Step 9: Add rice and eggs
Step 10: Stir vigorously
Step 11: Add rest of cooked ingredients
Step 12: Heat until eggs cooked keep stirring
