Step 1: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a medium skillet
Step 2: Add 6 cloves minced garlic
Step 3: Cook until fragrant about 2 minutes
Step 4: Move garlic to a medium bowl add remaining 4 tbsp butter & chopped herbs ,lemon zest and salt
Step 5: Mix well, set aside
Step 6: Lay the turkey breast skin side down and season with 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper
Step 7: Rub garlic butter all over the underside of turkey and under the skin
Step 8: Roll the turkey to form a tube , hold firm with your fingers and use Kitchen twine to tie around the breast to keep it from opening up during roasting.
Step 9: Rub any remaining garlic butter on . top of the roll
Step 10: Preheat oven to . 375 F
Step 11: Place in roasting pan and bake until Thermometer reads 160-165 . degrees, about 1 Hour - 1 hour 15 minutes
Step 12: Remove from oven, rest 10 minutes
Step 13: Remove twine cut into 1/2 inch- 1 inch slices
Step 14: Garnish with parsley & Serve
