Step 1: Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper.
Step 2: Crush garlic into oil and add with vinegar in a skillet.
Step 3: Sauté chicken pieces until golden brown, turning frequently.
Step 4: Remove and place in a baking dish.
Step 5: Pour sherry over pieces and place in 350-degree oven for 10 minutes.
