Step 1: Soak beans overnight,
Step 2: Drain
Step 3: Add water to cover 2 inches above beans
Step 4: Add onion salt pepper mustard and vinegar
Step 5: Boil 30 minutes
Step 6: Cool 5 minutes
Step 7: Add baking soda
Step 8: Add molasses
Step 9: Pour into bean pot or large casserole
Step 10: Stir in salt pork
Step 11: Cover bake in slow oven 325 degrees
Step 12: For 5 hours
