Step 3: Meanwhile
Step 4: Melt butter add seasonings
Step 5: Add flour cook dont brown
Step 6: Add milk stir
Step 7: Thicken
Step 8: Take off heat
Step 9: Add egg yolk tempered in
Step 10: Pour over kohlrabi
