Step 1: Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
Step 2: Drain and discard fat.
Step 3: Transfer to crock-pot.
Step 4: Add tomatoes with juice, beans, tomato sauce, chillies and chilli powder; mix well.
Step 5: Cover and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours or until done.
