Step 1: Mix all the ingredients, except the puff pastry, blend well, place in refrigerater covered
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350f
Step 3: Unfold the puff pastry, roll out the pastry to about 1/4 inch thickness, cut 1 1/2 inch rounds
Step 4: Place circles on a lighly gresed cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes
Step 5: Cool slightly, cut in half, scoop out a bit if the soft pastry inside
Step 6: Have chicken mixture at room temperature or warmed, fill the puffs, put their hats back on and serve
