Step 1: In a chili pot
Step 2: Melt butter,
Step 3: Add the beef and onions,
Step 4: Saute until meat is no longer pink.
Step 5: Drain off fat.
Step 6: Stir in remaining ingredients except salt and simmer 1 hour.
Step 7: Salt to taste before serving.
