Ingredients
- 1 ounce bread bun (1 hamburger bun)
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ,to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- 2 ounces bacon
- 1/8 cup red onion,shaved
- 1/8 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- FOR MAYONNAISE
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/16 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoons horseradish
- 1/16 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
How to Make

Step 1: Mix up mayonnaise mixture set aside

Step 2: On hot skillet, toast bun light brown remove

Step 3: Cook the bacon and onion

Step 4: In same pan, cook beef patty

Step 5: Season both sides

Step 6: When cooked on one side add cheese on top

Step 7: Cover to melt cheese

Step 8: Slather mayonnaise to your taste on top and bottom

Step 9: On bottom put bacon, burger and onion on top
