Step 1: Heat the butter chicken stock and pepper to boiling
Step 2: Add potato flakes ,dont stir
Step 3: Let set 5 minutes
Step 4: Stir in mayonnaise
Step 5: Stir mightily
Step 6: Should be thick, may need to add a little water or a little potatoes to get to your level of thickness
