Step 1: Saute onion and garlic
Step 2: In the oil until soft, 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3: Add bay leaf, broccoli, potato, and stock. Simmer gently,
Step 4: Covered
Step 5: For about 10 minutes, until the broccoli is tender, but still bright green.
Step 6: Remove bay leaf and let cool.
Step 7: Puree in a blender (not totally smooth). Season to taste,
Step 8: Add lemon juice and return to pan to reheat if necessary.
Step 9: Add a dollop of yogurt just before serving.
