Step 1: Remove any fat or sinew from the meat and roughly chop the meat. Combine the meat with the other ingredients in a sacepan, then cover and simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender.Take care it does not burn!
Step 2: Allow the meat to cool then puree in a food processor and transfer to a serving bowl to serve.
