Ingredients
- 6 pounds cooked sweet potatoes,mashed
- 1/2 pound butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup pecans,chopped
- 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
How to Make

Step 1: Beat peeled hot sweet potatoes in large mixing bowl

Step 2: Adding butter

Step 3: Mix in milk and brown sugar

Step 4: Spices and vanilla

Step 5: Add eggs 1 at a time

Step 6: Pour into pam sprayed 9x13 casserole

Step 7: Top with marshmallows

Step 8: And when ready to serve put under broiler until browned
