Step 1: Combine rice and water
Step 2: Simmer until done or just have 2 cups of leftover rice ready
Step 3: Thaw the spinach
Step 4: In saute pan
Step 5: Brown onions in butter
Step 6: Spray pam into 3 quart casserole
Step 7: Layer 1/3 of the rice spinach onions cheese
Step 8: Season liberally
Step 9: Repeat ending with cheese
Step 10: Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes until hot and bubbly
