Step 1: Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add skewers in two batches and cook, turning regularly, for about 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through and then remove and cover to keep warm
Step 2: Wipe clean the frying an and heat over a medium heat and add naan in two batches and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until hot and then remove.
Step 3: Meanwhile make salad - combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well to combine.
Step 4: Serve chicken skewers on naan and top with salad and a dollop of yoghurt.
