Step 1: Chop the romaine and peel and cup up the pear. Cut up the peeled banana if needed.
Step 2: Place the milk in the blender first.
Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4: Blend to your desired consistency.
Step 5: This will make two regular servings or one large serving that could be used as a meal replacement.
