Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Step 2: With rotary hand mixer beat the eggs
Step 3: Until creamy
Step 4: Add sugar,salt, vanilla baking powder and flour
Step 5: Fold in apples and nuts
Step 6: Pour into well buttered pam sprayed 9x9 pan
Step 7: Bake 45 minutes until golden brown
Step 8: Chill overnight and then cut into 8 squares and removd with pancake turner
Step 9: Whip the cream,sugar and extract and serve on top of bars
