Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil (vegetable oil)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
How to Make

Step 1: Sift dry ingredients together

Step 2: Heat the milk and add the instant coffee

Step 4: Add oil and vanilla and vinegar

Step 5: While milk is cooling preheat waffle iron

Step 6: Mix in the wet to dry
