Step 1: Melt butter in skillet
Step 2: Add pork chops, season to taste
Step 3: Brown on both sides
Step 4: Remove.
Step 5: Add celery, onions and bay leaf to skillet, saute until light brown.
Step 6: Add curry powder heat it
Step 7: Add cider,
Step 8: Add pork chops back to skillet, simmer
Step 9: Reducing by half ,until cooked through, about 20 minutes
