Crockpot Native American Beef/ Beans

Ingredients
- 1 roast (2 pound) beef chuck (boneless)
- 8 ounces dry pinto beans (uncooked, rinsed and drained)
- 1 can (10 ounce) tomatoes (tomatoes with green chilies, undrained)
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups water, as needed
How to Make

Step 1: Add everything in crocpot starting with beans. Season

Step 2: Pour water over the beans to cover

Step 3: Add beef on top

Step 4: Then chopped onions

Step 5: Cook on high checking water levels as the beans will absorb the water
