Step 1: Combine seasoning with half the oil in a large bowl and add beef and rub to coat.
Step 2: Heat remaining oil in a medium frying pan over a medium to high heat and add onion and cook, stirring occasionally for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until light golden and soft and remove and cover to keep warm.
Step 3: Meanwhile, heat a large, barbecue flat plate over a high heat and add beef and cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, or until browned and tender and then remove.
Step 4: Spread dip over the base of toasted rolls and top with lettuce, tomatoes, beef and warm onion and dollop with Dijonaise and replace tops.
