Step 1: Heat oil add rice add spices cook one minute
Step 2: Add onion and bell pepper; Cook until rice is translucent
Step 3: Add tomato paste and garlic but do not burn
Step 4: Add sauce and broth
Step 5: Cover and cook for 20 minutes and take of heat leave set 5 minutes then fluff with a fork
