Step 1: In a skillet, combine the bison with the minced garlic and the four spices. Cook over medium high heat until beginning to brown.
Step 2: Chop the apple and slice the onion. Add them to the skillet, mixing them with the bison.
Step 3: Cover and let cook. Stir occasionally.
Step 4: Cook until the apples and the onions are soft.
Step 5: Drain before serving.
