Step 1: Preheat broiler for at least 5 minutes or so.
Step 2: In a bowl whisk together the chili paste, olive oil, soy sauce and honey and then add the shrimp and green beans, stirring to coat.
Step 3: On a foil-lined cookie sheet spread the shrimp and green beans in a single layer (discard any excess marinade) and broil for 5 minutes or until green beans are charred and shrimp is cooked.
