Step 1: Saute butter and onions. Add in the Brussels sprouts
Step 2: In bowl, mix sour cream cornstarch buttermilk and mustard (starting with just a teaspoon of mustard and add a little at a time so it doesn't overwhelm you).
Step 3: Pour sauce in, then flavor. If you feel it needs salt and pepper then go ahead and add in.
