Step 1: Saute the veggies in olive oil
Step 2: Until lightly browned
Step 3: Add tomatoes and simmer 45 minutes
Step 4: Meanwhile cook spaghetti in salted boiling water
Step 5: Cook until al dente
Step 6: Drain
Step 7: Meanwhile cook prosciutto ,and pat dry
Step 8: Plate spaghetti
Step 9: Top with sauce
Step 10: Top with prosciutto
Step 11: Top with basil and cheese
