Step 1: Chop bacon and saute wth onion
Step 2: Meanwhile flour the livers,seasoning flour with salt and pepper, reserving flour
Step 3: Add spices to onion
Step 4: Add livers cook until browned
Step 5: Add water
Step 6: Cover simmer 30 minutes until livers tender,you may not have to cook as long
Step 7: Mix in mustard and 2 tablespoons flour to cream
Step 8: Stir in simmer until thickened
Step 9: Serve over rice
