Step 1: Heat the butter and oil
Step 2: Season the medallions
Step 3: Fry until browned
Step 4: Take out
Step 5: Add onions cook until translucent
Step 6: Add garlic
Step 7: Add flour brown dont allow garlic to burn just cooking out flour taste
Step 8: Add paprika stir to mix
Step 9: Add potato water until thickened
Step 10: Add meat back in simmer for a time
Step 11: Add sour cream when you turn off heat serve over the potatoes you have mashed
