Step 1: Mix crust ingredients add water gradually. divide dough in 1/2 roll 1 piece to fit 9 inch pie pan. line pie pan trim even with edge.
Step 2: Large skillet, saute peppers, onion in 1 tablespoon oil
Step 3: Add beef, soup, mushrooms, worcestershire, garlic powder, pepper
Step 4: Bring to boil. combine cornstarch & water. stir into skillet
Step 5: Bring to boil. cook & stir 2 minutes or thickened.
Step 6: Cool. spoon into crust, top with potatoes.
Step 7: Brush remaining oil over potatoes.
Step 8: Roll remaining dough to fit top. place over filling.
Step 9: Trim, seal & flute edges. cut slits.
Step 10: Brush with egg. bake 375 -45 min
Step 11: Cover edges loosely with foil.
Step 12: Bake 10 minutes or golden
