Ingredients
- 2 ounces Cynar
- 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar
- 1/2 large egg white (optional)
- 1 orange, for garnish
How to Make

Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe or snifter and garnish with three long thin strips of orange zest.
