Step 1: Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl to make a thick marinade sauce.
Step 2: Add chicken wings, and mix well.
Step 3: Add the mixture and wings into a large zip-lock bag and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, and up to 24 hours.
Step 4: When ready to bake preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 5: Place a piece of parchment or aluminum foil onto a baking sheet for easy cleanup. Spray the parchment or aluminum foil with cooking spray.
Step 6: Place the chicken wings onto the pan, making sure they are not overlapping each other.
Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes, then turn the wings over and bake for 25 more minutes.
Step 8: If you would like to brown the wings further, turn the heat to broil and broil the wings, making sure the rack is in the middle of the oven so the wings don't burn. Broil for another 5-8 minutes, or until nice and brown.
Step 9: Plate and enjoy!
