Pecan Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2: In a large bowl, beat butter till fluffy

Step 3: Beat in sugar and salt

Step 4: Beat in vanilla

Step 5: Beat in as much flour as you can, then stir in the rest

Step 6: Stir in pecans

Step 7: Shape slightly rounded teaspoons of the dough into balls and place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet

Step 8: Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the bottoms are just beginning to brown

Step 9: Transfer to wire racks to cool

Step 10: Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or edible glitter
