Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces rum (good quality, light rum, Bacardi preferred, refer to Note)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
How to Make

Step 1: Combine all ingredients and stir to mix. Serve over ice, with a lime wedge for garnish.

NOTE: the official rum of Cuba, Havana Club, is still fairly difficult to come by in the US. We used Bacardi white rum for this recipe. Bacardi, while currently produced in Puerto Rico, originated in Cuba and makes a good substitute.
