June Strawberry Champagne Bowl

Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 bottles (2 litres) white wine (each bottle (1 liter each bottle of Riesling white wine)
- 1 bottle (750 ml) wine champagne
How to Make

Step 1: Wash and hull berries

Step 2: Combine brandy, sugar, and wine in large container. Stir to dissolve sugar

Step 3: Add berries to wine. Cover and chill overnight

Step 4: Chill punch bowl

Step 5: To serve place a block of ice in the punch bowl. Pour wine mixture over ice.

Step 6: Add champagne and serve immediately
