Step 1: Crack the mustard seeds, do not pulverize them just crack them
Step 2: Mix in enough vinegar to make a thick paste
Step 3: Combine the mustard powder with the salt and stir in enough beer to make a thick paste
Step 4: Combine the two pastes and add enough beer to make a smooth consistency
Step 5: Place in closed jar and store in the fridge
