Step 1: Meatballs:
Step 2: Combine and chill 30 minutes
Step 3: Soup:
Step 4: Heat oil
Step 5: Add onions
Step 6: Add garlic
Step 7: Add spices
Step 8: Cook until onions opaque
Step 9: Add carrots
Step 10: Add stock and thyme
Step 11: Simmer 15 minutes
Step 12: Roll chilled meat into marble sized meatballs
Step 13: Drop into simmering stock
Step 14: Cook 5 minutes add Couscous
Step 15: Cover and simmer 10 minutes more
Step 16: Add lemon juice and parsley after you have turned covered soup pan off and let it rest for 5 minutes more
