Step 1: Hummus ... Add the beans, red peppers, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, basil, cayenne, to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and pulse one last time.
Step 2: Serve ... I like to refrigerate a few hours to develop the flavors before serving. It can be served chilled or room temperature. Enjoy with pita chips, crackers, or vegetables. ENJOY!
