Step 1: Steam the squash over water for about 20 minutes or until tender
Step 2: While still warm process the squash in a food processor with the ginger and butter, brown sugar until smooth, taste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Place in a lightly greased casserole dish, bake in 350 oven covered for 20 minutes and serve
