Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, julienned
- 2 ounces dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
How to Make

Step 1: Heat oven to 400F. Coat 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.

Step 2: Combine potatoes and dressing mix in large bowl. (I use a ziploc bag). Spread half of potatoes in a single layer on each prepared cookie sheet. Coat with cooking spray; bake 20 minutes.

Step 3: Toss potatoes with metal spatula; spray again with cooking spray. Switch position of pans and bake 20 minutes more.
