Step 1: Drain & flake tuna
Step 2: Lightly spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with oil
Step 3: Arrange potatoes, tuna and onion alternately in layers, beginning with a potato layer & ending with a potato layer
Step 4: Blend soup, milk & pepper
Step 5: Pour liquid ingredients over contents of the casserole
Step 6: Dot with butter
Step 7: Bake in 375 oven, uncovered for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender
