Step 1: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
Step 2: Place the trout, skin side down, on parchment paper and season with pepper.
Step 3: Mix together the remaining ingredients and rub over top of trout with the back of a spoon using all of the mayonnaise mixture.
Step 4: Bake in a preheated 350 degree fahrenheit oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. This will vary depending on your oven.
Step 5: Enjoy!
