Chlebicek Czech Sandwich

1 loaf (768 grams) french bread (day old sliced 3/4 inch thick slice on diagonal)
1/2 pound ham, shaved (deli ham)
1/2 pound salami, shaved (hard)
1/2 pound Swiss cheese (sliced thin)
6 tablespoons butter
Prepared potato salad (1/2 cup)

Step 1: Butter bread slices on top edge to edge
Step 2: Put a tablespoon of potato salad spread over butter
Step 3: Put swiss cheese on top of salad
Step 4: Fold the meat slices on top of cheese
Step 5: Put a slice of hard boiled egg on top of the meat
Step 6: Put a piece of tomato, bell pepper and piece of pickle ,these are pretty small
Step 7: Season
Step 8: Repeat each piece of bread same way
Step 9: They serve these on big trays
