Ingredients
- FOR CAKE
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- FOR FROSTING
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 10 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
How to Make

Step 1: Mix egg until fluffy

Step 2: Add sugar

Step 3: Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture

Step 4: Meanwhile boil milk and butter when cooled add to flour mixture

Step 5: Put in pam sprayed buttered loaf pan

Step 6: Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and mix topping

Step 7: When almost done put topping on and bake until browned
