Ingredients
- 1 package (2 pounds) frozen hashbrowns
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup onions, grated
- 1 can (10 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoons dried minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- FOR TOPPING
- 2 cups french fried onions
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How to Make

Step 1: Mix in given order and pour into a pam sprayed casserole

Step 2: Cover bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes
