Step 1: Cook peaches in water until soft and can mash
Step 2: Add rest of ingredients except vanilla and cook on low until thickened
Step 3: Stir often so doesn't burn
Step 4: At end mix in vanilla off heat
Step 5: Cool and use in the kolaches
Step 6: 1 tablespoon of filling should do
