Step 1: Saute meat in olive oil in dutch oven
Step 2: Add onions
Step 3: Add tomato juice ,water and puree
Step 4: Add spices
Step 5: Cook for 2 hours until meat is tender,what ever kind you are using
Step 6: The juice should be reduced by about half
Step 7: Add the pasta to dutch oven and put in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes you may need to add more water stirring occasionally it needs to be saucy everything was in metric and I'm guessing
Step 8: Add lemon juice
Step 9: Take out cloves and cinnamon stick
