Step 1: Cut off a bit of the bottom stem from the bok choy, separate the stems, wash well
Step 2: Chop the stems of bok choy into 1 inch pieces, cut the leaves across in half inch slices
Step 3: Spray a skillet with olive oil, medium heat
Step 4: Stir fry the garlic and ginger for a minute
Step 5: Add bok choy and toss to mingle with the garlic and ginger
Step 6: Add chicken broth, cover and cook for 3 minutes
