Step 1: To make coriander and paprika butter, place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
Step 2: Spread evenly over each corn cob to coat and then place each cob on a sheet of foil and wrap up tightly to enclose.
Step 3: Heat a barbecue flat plate over a medium to high heat and add corn and cook, turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes, or until tender and then carefully remove foil. and serve corn with extra coriander.
